The US Postal Service has 546,000 career employees in its roster. You might wonder why you would want to go for temporary USPS jobs. Well, these types of jobs do not require you to take the highly-competitive postal exam 473-e test. When you are hired, however, you get similar training as other regular newbies do. Should you decide that you want a regular USPS job later, all you need to do is obtain a high score in the postal battery exam.
